Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5–8+ years’ experience in key account management or senior sales roles. Proven track record of managing large, strategic client accounts. Experience in contract negotiation and revenue growth management. Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Experience managing cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. Sales or account management certifications (advantageous).
