The essence of your role
- Managing key e-commerce accounts with a strategic, sales-driven approach.
- Fostering accountability for client relationships, including profit and loss aspects.
- Ensuring SLA adherence, monitoring KPI variances, and evaluating customer satisfaction, with accurate internal reporting.
- Identifying and leading cross-selling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract signing.
- Developing sustainable, trust-based client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
