A Senior Key Account Manager is the liaison officer between Intrepid, its clients, and the platforms the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.
As a Senior Key Account Manager you will take charge of
- Grow account NMV and revenue
- Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts
- Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
- Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals
- Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store Management, Operations, Chat)
- Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met
