Vendor & Outsourcing ManagementMonitor and manage ICT service providers and outsourcing arrangements (including secondary assets).Maintain and update the contract, SLA, and KPI catalogues; track performance and drive service improvement actions.Conduct vendor risk assessments in line with MaRisk and DORA requirements.Ensure ICT vendors hold and maintain valid certifications (ISO, SOC 2, or equivalent).Support and coordinate the sub-outsourcing notification process for intra-group and other third party services.Risk, Compliance & Audit ReadinessImplement second and third line of defence finding remediations related to risk analysis, business continuity, and governance maturity.Consolidate performance, incident, and compliance reports; escalate issues and coordinate remediation.Maintain accurate and complete documentation to ensure ongoing audit readiness.Collaborat...
