**What you’ll do:**

+ Define and drive the strategic direction of HR & Finance digital platforms, translating business priorities into actionable technology initiatives and ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy across APAC (e.g., time & labor and payroll solutions such as Gaiaworks and BIPO). Lead end-to-end delivery of regional programs, including large-scale, complex, and multi-country initiatives.
