What You Will Do
CIO Enablement & Executive Steering: Support the CIO in steering key IT topics, including preparation of decision materials, management presentations, and strategic narratives Governance & Leadership Support: Orchestrate and prepare key governance forums (e.g., Board and leadership formats) and ensure structured follow-up and transparency. Strategy Execution: Actively contribute to the execution of the IT and transformation strategy, including managing cross-functional initiatives. Cross-functional Orchestration: Connect and coordinate topics across IT and business units, including managing dependencies, priorities, and escalations. Ad-hoc Strategic & Operational Topics: Lead and deliver a broad variety of “CIO Enablement” topics (e.g., mandates, RfPs, workshops, communication formats) with high visibility and impact.
