Responsibilities

Assist I&E patching teams in preparing documentation, artifacts, and evidence for regulatory and internal audit compliance

Collect, review, and consolidate KPIs and KRIs from individual patch teams on a defined cadence

Maintain and organize all patching documents in Confluence, SharePoint, and reference data repositories

Partner with patching teams to create and update required standard control documents and RACIs

Review and validate patching documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to storage and approval
