Key Responsibilities Develop and present innovative design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and space plans aligned with client goals, brand identity, and budget constraints
Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings, elevations, sections, and schedules using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
Lead FF&E selection and specification, including furniture, lighting, art, accessories, materials, and finishes, ensuring quality, durability, and design intent
Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams to resolve design-related issues and ensure seamless project delivery
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and design compliance proactively address discrepancies
Lead client presentations and design reviews, articulating design rationale to influence decision-making and secure approvals
