Senior Enterprise Integration Specialist at Vention. Vention's largest customers run mission-critical automation lines on our platform — and this role is the technical heart of those relationships. You will own a portfolio of our most strategic enterprise accounts, serving as the single senior point of contact trusted to navigate complex integrations, high-stakes escalations, and expansion conversations. Whether you are running an Executive Business Review or addressing a control system issue, you will bring depth and calm to every situation.
This is a senior IC-track role where the work is approximately 70% account management and customer-facing, 30% hands-on technical resolution . You will not manage direct reports, but you will set the technical bar for our Integration Specialists and help shape the product roadmap through field feedback.
