All About The Role

As Senior Infrastructure & Sec Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security and performance of Peterborough City Council's server-based and cloud IT services. You will be responsible for the configuration, capacity, availability and security of core infrastructure, making sure services operate efficiently and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Working within the Digital & Customer Access (DCA) service, you will be instrumental in delivering next‑generation ICT solutions that improve both customer and business experiences. This is a hands‑on, technical role where you will manage, support and deploy enterprise server, cloud and security infrastructure, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology landscape.
