Salary: CHF 115'000 - 135'000 per year

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in information/cyber‑security, ideally in complex IT or cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, FINMA circulars).
• Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), SIEM tools, and incident response methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the organization’s security strategy, policies, and technical defense processes in line with industry standards.
• Manage security incident detection, response, and recovery processes.
• Lead risk assessments, audit preparation, and compliance initiatives across systems and vendors.
