Senior Individual Giving and Legacy Officer

Royal Devon Hospitals Charity supports patients, families and staff across North, Mid and Eastern Devon by funding projects and enhancements beyond core NHS provision. This role focuses on creating and growing sustainable income from individual supporters.

Job responsibilities

• Lead high‑quality, insight‑led fundraising campaigns and develop Individual Giving, In‑Memory and Legacy activity from the ground up.
• Build long‑term supporter relationships that directly benefit patients and services.
• Design and deliver engaging, multi‑channel fundraising campaigns, develop compelling communications, and use data and insight to grow income and supporter retention.
• Work closely with the Charity Leadership Team and marketing colleagues to translate strategy into high‑quality delivery.
