At Product Dossier Solutions (Kytes) , we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Implementation to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, Saa S).
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for business applications
Drive client delivery , ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
Collaborate with global clients & stakeholders
Understand business processes and translate them into technology solutions
Manage and mentor teams, ensuring project success and team performance
Oversee system configuration, testing, rollout, and support
Handle/escalate L1/L2/L3 support issues within SLA timelines
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in ERP/CRM/Saa S implementations
Hands-on exposure to tools like SAP, Oracle, People Soft, or similar
Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
