At ProductDossier Solutions (Kytes), we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Implementation to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS).

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Own analytics engagements end-to-end for enterprise accounts — discovery to delivery
• Primary analytics contact for key customers; run workshops and present to CXOs and Ops Heads
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and iterative solutions
• Align analytics priorities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
• Translate customer analytics gaps into product roadmap inputs
• Identify analytics-led upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales and CS
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers
