Ministry: Technology & Innovation • Location: Edmonton • Hours: 36.25 hours per week • Classification: Program Services 4 (024PSA) • Salary: $3,148.20 to $4,126.82 bi-weekly ($82,168 - $107,710/year).

Role Responsibilities

In‑depth consultations with clients to assess business and related process changes with respect to their IM requirements.

Coaching and supporting department/program staff in the use of available tools, processes, and policy instruments, to ensure effective and compliant management of their information assets.

Use AI to improve efficiency and insights and personalize stakeholder engagement.

Deliver training sessions using AI‑assisted content generation to address specific business challenges.

Coordinate activities of various teams that support the continued development, implementation, and enhancement of IM solutions offered to the departments.
