Do you have a proven track record working in IAM Engineering? Sopra Steria's Aerospace, Defence and Security sector is recruiting an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to support the delivery of IAM strategy for a flagship account. This role is pivotal for both general IAM ticketing activities and high‑profile projects within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM Team with an engineering focus (approximately 80% hands‑on, 20% leadership).
• Serve as the focal point for any escalations within the team.
• Provide customer‑focused IAM ticket activities.
• Support project activities, including direct involvement in large‑scale, unique, European‑wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience with Exchange 2010/2016 or similar.
• Understanding of Forefront Identity Management (FIM) and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
• Experience with Exchange CUs.
