About the Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified (or possess equivalent experience) and have significant experience operating as a HR Business Partner within a fast-paced operational environment. You will have strong employee relations expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, experience of organisational change and workforce planning, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
