Job Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, provides direction and support to employees and leaders in carrying out HR initiatives and deliverables. Partners with other HRBP’s in serving as the first point of contact to employees and leaders and partners with HR team members in areas of recruitment, Benefits Administration and leave management. Supports other HRBP’s though covering work in absences, provides experience and knowledge with HRBP’s regarding Employee / Labor relations, employment, talent acquisition, leave management and internal client services.
