Position Summary

BioSTL is seeking a hands-on, experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage and execute the full scope of day-to-day human resources operations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and employee-centered HR services across the organization, including recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR systems.

This is a highly operational role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys owning processes end-to-end, partnering closely with leadership, and serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
