VANRATH is partnering with a leading all Ireland organisation with offices located in Monaghan, seeking to appoint a Senior HR Generalist on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions within the company including recruitment and selection, managing employee relations, performance management, training and ensuring compliance with current employment law.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
