POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will lead and execute HR functions at our Corvallis, Oregon facility, serving as a strategic partner to site leadership and a champion for employee engagement. This role is responsible for overseeing onboarding, policy administration, labor relations, and compliance, while driving initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
