Senior / HR Executive
on a permanent position.

Responsibilities
Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals.
Handle submission of employee insurance and medical claims.
Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Work-Study diploma, including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations.
Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress, including claims submission.
Participate in HR related projects, company events and development programme.
Implement C&B Programs, assist the Head of HR to manage the organization's compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness.
