Position Overview

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the overall recruitment process and assist in group manpower planning.


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.


  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.


  • Develop, implement, and manage learning and organizational development strategies, including training programs and records aligned with business objectives.


  • Formulate, review, and administer HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.


  • Handle employee relations matter such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
