The position requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, advanced technical reporting skills, independent ownership of reporting cycles, and strong stakeholder engagement. The analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy, independently managing complex reporting cycles while driving improvements in workflows, quality controls, and documentation.
