You’ll join the SAMEA Growth team within the Markets & Subscriptions organisation, focused on bringing Spotify Premium to more listeners across the MENAT region. This team sits at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and commercial strategy, working closely with local market teams to grow both free and Premium users.

In this role, you’ll co‑own growth across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, shaping strategy, running experiments, and turning insights into action that drives meaningful impact.

• Contribute to driving the growth strategy across the MENAT+ region with a focus on increasing Premium users
• Own the end‑to‑end Premium growth plan, including subscriber and revenue performance across specific markets in the region
