Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on analytics / BI experience in a data-driven environment (performance marketing, e-commerce, product analytics, or similar).
- Strong SQL — comfortable writing complex queries against large datasets independently.
- Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including a working grasp of statistical significance.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to turn messy data into clear, defensible recommendations.
- Self-directed and accountable, comfortable operating autonomously as an external partner across time zones.
- Strong English communication skills.
