About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer with strong hands‑on experience designing Architect flows and building API‑based integrations.

This is a technical role focused on routing logic, automation, and real‑time integrations within a modern cloud contact center platform. You will work closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and high‑performance customer experience solutions.
