Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Develop and integrate full stack features, collaborating across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimise services on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Manage the full API lifecycle including design, versioning, documentation, security, performance, and observability.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into well‑architected solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
• Write clean, testable, well‑documented code with an emphasis on reliability and maintainability.
