We are looking for an experienced Senior FP& A Analyst to join our dynamic team in Fremont, California. In this role, you will lead critical financial planning and analysis functions, contributing to the strategic direction of a rapidly evolving organization. Responsibilities:

+ Lead all FP& A functions, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

+ Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations for the VP of Finance, executives, and investors.

+ Manage key financial models and identify opportunities, risks, and efficiency improvements.

+ Collaborate with accounting, operations, sales, engineering, and other teams to guide strategy and decision-making.

+ Standardize and scale FP& A processes to support organizational growth.
