Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full financial function, ensuring strong reporting, control, and compliance.
- Oversee project accounting, ensuring accurate cost allocation, tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Manage and optimise stock and inventory processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support operational and project decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks (SOX exposure advantageous).
- Partner closely with operational, engineering, and project teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Qualifications & Experience: - CA(SA) or CIMA (essential).
