Position Overview
Role Overview: This individual will be a strategic finance leader for a multi-entity, multi-revenue business comprising Morrow Health (Fitness, Recovery, F&B, Retail) and Morrow Medical. This role ensures financial integrity, compliance with IFRS and Singapore Accounting Standards (SFRS), and provides actionable insights to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The FC will also champion ERP implementation and drive digital finance transformation. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Compliance - Oversee consolidated financial statements preparation using advanced ERP systems and automated reporting tools
- Ensure IFRS/local GAAP compliance with automated compliance monitoring systems
- Independently managing statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions, including direct liaison with auditors, tax advisors,
- Drive month-end close automation reducing cycle time by 50%+ through process optimization
