POSITION SUMMARY

Hitachi High-Tech Ireland’s Semiconductor Equipment Division (SED) supplies and supports plasma etchers used in the manufacturing of semiconductors. As a Senior Field Service Engineer in the SED Customer Support Department, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Hitachi etch equipment at a customer manufacturing facility in line with contractually agreed availability targets. You will be required to resolve complex equipment issues, interfacing with key personnel both internally within HTA-IR and externally within our customer teams; requiring a highly technical, professional and self-motivated approach. As a senior member of the technical team, you must develop and deliver solutions to our customer while continuously strengthening the technical abilities within your own role and within the whole team.
