Production Operator (ESP & PCP Systems)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Operator to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of up to 50 wells. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for everything from initial commissioning and start-up to long-term maintenance of ESP and PCP lift systems.

You’ll be the boots on the ground, working closely with our Production Engineer in Nairobi. Because consistency is key for an asset like this, we include a 2-day paid handover at every rotation change to make sure nothing slips through the cracks when you're heading out or coming back in.
