Position Overview
Job Description
- Lead governance of outsourced facilities services, ensuring operational compliance with defined scope, service levels, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate input from site leads and consolidate reporting at the global level, supporting recurring governance reviews of service performance, operational issues, risks, and service level compliance.
- Monitor global and regional KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance is measured, tracked, and reported against agreed standards.
- Partner with Finance to track savings commitments, monitor glidepath performance, and resolve variances against plan.
- Review and validate supplier invoices to confirm alignment with delivered services and approved pricing.
- Manage operational change control processes, ensuring scope changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.
