The Executive will support the Compliance Operations team in implementing and maintaining the employment debarment or blacklist (BL) administration and monitoring framework for employers, employment agencies, and foreign workers who have violated work pass regulations. This role is essential in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the BL process and contributing to the overall compliance efforts of the Work Pass Division.

• Administer BL for employers, work pass holders and employment agencies in violation of work pass regulations.
• Evaluate requests from other divisions within MOM and external agencies to determine if BL is warranted under the BL administration and monitoring framework.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete and accurate for BL requests, in line with SOP.
• Assess appeals related to BL, in line with SOP.
