Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets (volume, value, profitability) in industrial and building segments Develop strong relationships with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs & OEMs to drive product specifications Generate, track, and convert a strong project pipeline/inquiry database Influence projects at design stage and ensure conversion of specifications to orders Provide techno-commercial solutions including thermal/acoustic calculations and energy-saving proposals Prepare and close technical and techno-commercial bids independently Collaborate with HVAC, PEB, insulation contractors, drywall and roofing partners for system-based solutions Drive product differentiation and convert alternative insulation materials to SG solutions Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and market feedback
