You will be part of a committed and dynamic HR Team, responsible for the implementation of effective people management policies in National Parks Board. As Executive/HR, you will be supporting the Managers in coordinating learning & development programmes for the diverse groups of professionals within the agency.
What you will be working on:Beyond the core responsibilities of managing programme sign‑ups, processing invoices, maintaining training databases and creating emailers on upcoming programmes, you will be expected to bring a tech‑forward mindset to how these tasks are done. This includes exploring and applying AI tools to streamline administrative workflows, drafting and refining communications more efficiently, and identifying opportunities to automate routine processes.
