Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Development – Training Focus
Plan, coordinate and implement talent development and training initiatives to support business and people capability needs.
2. Individual Development Plan
Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of Individual Development Plans for identified talents, successors and key employees.
3. Succession Planning
Assist in developing and maintaining succession planning frameworks, talent pools, and readiness tracking for critical roles across the organisation.
4. Leadership Assessment
Coordinate leadership assessment activities, including 360-degree feedback, leadership profilingand competency assessment, to support leadership development and succession readiness.
5. Talent Analytics
Prepare talent-related reports, dashboards, and analysis to support management decision-making on talent development, leadership pipeline, and workforce capability.
