We are hiring for an individual to join our Talent Acquisition team based from corporate office in Andheri Marol Naka.
Job Responsibility :
Execute and manage the complete recruitment process for Corporate, Clinical & Non Clinical roles Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) as per the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the position within TAT. Should be able to do Stakeholder Management & bulk recruitment Past exposure of volume hiring preferably from Healthcare will be an added advantage Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
