Position Overview
Responsibilities - Partner Clinical Heads of Department and stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services.
- Support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of clinical programmes across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide comprehensive clinical operations support including project and workflow management, system and IT requirements, financial assessments, data analysis and resource planning.
- Manage budgeting, procurement and resource allocation in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Translate and communicate organisational vision, strategic priorities and business plans to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
