Our client is a boutique financial services firm based in the CBD of Sydney. They have an office of 42 staff in Sydney + a small office in Melbourne with 5 staff.

They are seeking an experienced EA to provide exclusive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and CFO. As well as the usual EA tasks, you’ll also get involved in project work / business management / some marketing activities and other tasks to assist the business.

Our client is looking for someone who has a positive work ethic, is well presented, friendly and with an approachable personality. You will be a high achiever with an attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
