Overview: To provide coordination and assistance in all areas necessary to facilitate enquiries and requests from patients, clients and internal departments, and ensure that the service levels provided meet the pre-determined service standards.
Job Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
- Liase with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient to NUH for outpatient appointment as per the hospital's protocols and procedures.
- Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.
Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma Holder.
- Preferrably with 1 year of working experience.
