Senior Estimator to join our Construction team in Essex. You will play a key role in supporting the development of successful, profitable tenders. Responsibilities

• Prepare and estimate costs for tenders, identifying opportunities to minimise risk and maximise profit.
• Lead and mentor the estimating team, promoting best practice and collaborative working.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, planning, commercial, and bid management teams throughout the tender process.
