Senior Estimator – Story Decorating Group

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead our pre-construction activities, delivering competitive tenders and supporting commercial growth.

You’ll manage the full tender lifecycle, from enquiry to handover, working closely with Commercial and Delivery teams to secure profitable work and drive strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders from drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities
• Carry out take-offs and pricing using estimating software
• Manage tender pipeline within CRM, ensuring opportunities are tracked and followed up
• Engage with contractors and clients to maximise conversion rates
