We are seeking a Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist for a large manufacturing facility in Odessa, Texas. This position reports directly to the Director of Safety and is responsible for leading site safety and environmental programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across the facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence on the production floor. If you are looking for an office-only position, this is not the job for you.

The Senior EHS Specialist will ensure compliance with regulations established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as well as applicable environmental regulations.
