Senior Engineer, Technology Development Operations Planning – responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of new parts within the fab, ensuring top‑quality and efficiency, and driving operational planning and data‑driven process improvements.
Responsibilities - Partners with key team members to develop applications and processes to continuously improve production metrics.
- Collaborates with engineering to plan for future product introductions.
- Partners with Engineering and Operations teams to stay updated on area issues, priorities, and projects.
- Communicates fab performance metrics to a large, diverse group of customers.
- Coordinates New Part Introduction (NPI) between teams.
- Sets strategic and tactical plans for WIP, Cycle Time, and priority allocations in collaboration with various Engineering teams.
- Drives operational planning for critical efforts to meet critical timelines.
