1 New Product Introduction
Responsible for the whole-process quality inspection and control of new projects (including pulley products, forged products, etc.) from raw material incoming, production process to finished product delivery. Develop and implement inspection plans, sampling plans and inspection standards (SIP).Operate precision measuring equipment such as CMM, vision measuring machine and tensile tester to accurately measure and verify key dimensions, geometric tolerances, material properties and other indicators.Lead quality problem analysis and improvement for new products.
