Senior Engineer, Mechanics, R&D Value Engineering

The role is located in Hyvinkää, Finland, and is part of the Elevator Mechanics & Materials Tribe. It requires a hybrid work model, with 3–4 days per week in the office and the candidate must reside permanently in Finland.

Key Responsibilities

• Be passionate for design activities within the component portfolio of your agile team
• Be the R&D value engineering process and engineering aspects setter for the mechanical engineers in your agile team
• Contribute to and drive new design and change initiatives forward within the global organization with a Value Engineering mindset
• Collaborate closely with other Elevator Mechanics Tribe agile teams and members in R&D component creation projects for new elevator products in Hyvinkää, Finland
