Job Summary

As a Senior Engineer, Layout Lead, you will contribute to the establishment of best practices in layout team knowledge, skill, analytics, workflows and business processes. Integral to your role, you will serve as authority in team deliverables and coach new hires in ramping up capability to contribute quickly to team deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

• Deploy past experience in layout planning & optimization and tool movement execution excellence in contextually relevant manner
• Establish foundational and benchmark knowledge and skill base for defining team deliverable standard
• Set up workflow and business processes for team to effectively and efficiently meet deliverables
• Contribute to advancement in capability of global layout team network
• Develop training material and plan for new hires
