As a globally focused subject‑matter expert, you will enable consistent, scalable, and high‑quality use of Salesforce across Eaton’s Global Data Center Segment, focusing on post‑order services execution, commercial handoffs, and lifecycle visibility.
Salesforce Strategy & Enablement
- Act as the global Salesforce subject‑matter expert for the segment, focusing on services offers, post‑order execution, and customer lifecycle management.
- Partner with the Offer Manager – Services to structure, represent, and scale services offers within Salesforce across regions.
- Translate services offer definitions, scope standards, and execution models into Salesforce objects, workflows, and data structures that enable consistency and repeatability.
- Drive the internal/external VOC, training, and tools roadmap to standardize Eaton offerings, tools, and reports.
